Set custom In Room, Setup, and Operative thresholds per physician. These take highest priority. Leave blank to fall back to procedure or global thresholds.
Physicians
Demo / Synthetic Data Superadmin only
Generate fake cases so you can preview what TTA looks like populated. Use the optional filters to target a specific procedure or physician — useful for demoing a particular feature. Each demo case is flagged with a -DEMO suffix on its TTA ID and can be cleared anytime without touching real data.
When no focus selected, demo uses realistic distributions across 7 physicians, all procedure types weighted by clinical frequency, ~15% combined, ~20% with delays, AF cases with mixed PWI status, weekday dates within the last 90 days.
Historical Volume Backfill Superadmin only
Add pre-TTA case counts for historical years (2024, 2025, etc.). These add to procedure tallies in the Volume tab but contribute no timing data. Adding the same (Year + Physician + Procedure) replaces the previous count.

Data & Portability
✅ Your data is stored on the server. All cases and settings are saved centrally in data.json on the host computer. Everyone on the network sees the same data — no per-browser storage needed. Export a backup periodically as an extra safety copy.
📦 Export Backup (JSON)
Downloads all cases + all settings as a single .json file directly from the server. Keep this file somewhere safe as an off-server backup.
📂 Import Backup (JSON)
Loads a previously exported .json backup onto the server. This will replace all current server data. Use to restore from a backup or migrate from the standalone version.
📊 Export to CSV
Exports all case data as a spreadsheet-compatible .csv file with every calculated interval included. Useful for analysis in Excel.
🗑 Clear All Data
Permanently deletes all cases from the server. This cannot be undone. Export a backup first if you want to keep your data.

Role
What They Can Do
Superadmin
Only role that can change anything persistent on the site — thresholds, settings, procedure list, physician list, user management, demo data, historical volume backfill. Plus everything below.
Admin
Add/edit/delete cases, view all analytics + reports + audit log. Run what-if analyses with custom intervals (session-local, does not persist). Save analyses for later recall. Cannot change persistent settings or manage users.
Analyst
View all analytics, reports, dashboards. Run what-if analyses and save them. Cannot add/edit/delete cases or change any settings.
Entry
Add new cases only. Can edit own cases within a 60-minute correction window. Cannot view other users' cases or analytics. Intended for data-entry staff.
Viewer
Read-only view of dashboard, history, outliers, calendar, analytics, volume, and reports. Cannot run what-if analyses or change anything.
⚠️ What-if mode (session-local interval overrides for Admin and Analyst) is designed but not yet built. Today those roles function as expanded viewers. Build coming in a future deploy.
User Management
Add, edit, or remove user accounts. Only visible to superadmin.
Invite New User Recommended
Enter username + email + role. The user gets an email with a one-time link to set their own password. You never see or set their password.
